My name is Sepideh Vafadar, and my healing journey began long before I ever became a Reiki practitioner — it began within my own family. ✨

I come from a long line of intuitive healers. My grandmother and her mother before her carried a deep gift for healing, one that was passed down through our bloodline with love, wisdom, and faith. As a child, I didn’t always understand it, but I felt it. The way they could comfort others, ease pain, and bring peace simply by being present left a lasting imprint on my heart. 💗

Growing up, life wasn’t always easy. I faced many challenges in my early years that shaped me and, in time, led me toward my path of healing. In my early twenties, I began my own journey, learning to release old pain, reconnect with my spirit, and find peace within myself. Through that process, Reiki found me.

My grandmother and a few of my family members played a huge role in helping me heal. Their guidance, prayers, and energy work reminded me that healing is not about perfection... it’s about coming back to love, over and over again. 🌿

Alongside my private practice, I’ve spent years working at City of Hope, supporting patients and witnessing the strength and resilience of the human spirit every day. That experience continues to inspire the compassion, presence, and care I bring into each session.

Today, through Sepi Healing, I carry forward the same intention: to help others find light through their own healing process. Whether through Reiki, breathwork, or sound healing, my goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported — to know that you are never alone on your journey. 💫

I am a certified Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho Practitioner, trained in sound healing and Wim Hof breathwork, combining these modalities to support emotional, physical, and spiritual renewal.

I’m honored to hold space for each person who walks through my door. Every session is a reflection of my own healing journey — guided by intuition, love, and the energy that’s been in my family for generations. 🌸
